Scarlet is a Macquarie University student majoring in Critical Indigenous Studies with a minor in Ancient History. Her journey through a range of community-focused, people-centred roles has shaped her passion for connection, learning, and cultural awareness.

She has worked as a shift manager, as well as a mentor and coach with the Creating Chances program, and previously served as Node Administrator for the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (CEVAW). These roles have strengthened her organisational and communication skills while deepening her commitment to community engagement and culturally informed spaces.

Known for her honesty, adaptability, and compassion, Scarlet is deeply passionate about her work and approaches it with care and integrity. She brings this dedication into both her studies and the wider community, working to create respectful, inclusive, and supportive environments for all.
