Rafat Mahmood is a Research Fellow at the Centre of Excellence for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (CEVAW) at Monash University. Rafat holds a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Western Australia.

Rafat‘s research focuses on causal identification and the application of quantitative methods in Economics, with a particular emphasis on gender issues.
